RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

We want you to love your JerseyFC kit. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — quickly and without drama.

 

RETURN WINDOW

 

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. After 14 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

 

ELIGIBILITY

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it
  • - In its original packaging with all tags attached
  • - Free of perfume, deodorant, smoke, or any other scent
  • - Not personalised (custom name/number prints, patches, or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned)

HOW TO START A RETURN

 

Email jerseyfc.wink@gmail.com within the 14-day window with:

  1. Your order number
  2. 2. The item(s) you wish to return
  3. 3. The reason for the return (sizing, change of mind, defect, etc.)

We will reply within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday) with a return authorisation and the return address.

 

RETURN SHIPPING

 

A flat fee of $10.00 (or local-currency equivalent) is charged for return shipping. This is automatically deducted from your refund once the item arrives back at our warehouse.

 

The customer is responsible for booking and arranging the return shipment. We recommend using a tracked service — we cannot refund items that are lost in transit on the return journey.

 

If your return is the result of our error (wrong item shipped, defective product) we will cover the return shipping cost in full.

 

REFUNDS

 

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3–5 business days of arrival at our warehouse), we will email you to confirm we have received it and whether the refund has been approved.

 

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The exact arrival of the funds depends on your bank or card issuer.

 

NO RESTOCKING FEE

 

We do not charge a restocking fee. The only deduction from your refund is the $10.00 return shipping fee mentioned above (where applicable).

 

EXCHANGES

 

The fastest way to exchange for a different size, club, or season is to:

  1. Place a new order for the item you want
  2. 2. Return the original item using the process above

This guarantees the replacement item is in stock and ships immediately, rather than waiting on the return to arrive first.

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

 

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email jerseyfc.wink@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • - Photos of the issue (packaging + product)

We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including any return shipping) at your choice.

 

EU CONSUMER RIGHTS

 

EU customers have the additional right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. The 14-day return window in this policy already reflects that right. To exercise the right of withdrawal, simply email us within 14 days as described above.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

 

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalised jerseys (custom name/number, patches, badges, or any made-to-order customisation)
  • - Gift cards
  • - Final-sale items clearly marked as such at checkout
