What size should I order?
We recommend checking our Size Guide for detailed measurements. Football jerseys are designed with an athletic fit. If you prefer a relaxed fit, consider ordering one size up. Still unsure? Send us your height and build at jerseyfc.wink@gmail.com and we'll recommend the perfect size.
How long does shipping take?
We offer worldwide shipping with two options:
- Standard tracked shipping: 7–14 business days — FREE to UK / EU / US / Canada / Asia
- Express tracked shipping: 5–10 business days — $10 USD
What is your return policy?
We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. If your jersey doesn't fit or you've changed your mind, return it in its original condition for a full refund or exchange — no questions asked. Head to our Returns & Exchanges page to start a return.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track My Order page using your order number and email address.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide with tracked DHL/FedEx shipping. UK, EU, US, Canada & Asia: 7–14 business days, FREE. Australia / New Zealand: 7–14 business days, $10 flat. Africa / South America / Middle East: 10–20 business days, $10 flat. Any customs or import duties for international orders are the buyer’s responsibility.

Can I customize my jersey?
Select jerseys support customization with player names and numbers. If the option is available, you'll see it right on the product page. Want to check if a specific kit can be customized? Get in touch and we'll let you know.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We're sorry if that happens — it's rare, but we've got you covered. Email us at jerseyfc.wink@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.
Do you offer wholesale/bulk pricing?
