Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unworn, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
Send us an email at support@jerseyfc.shop with your order number and reason for the return. We'll get back to you with instructions within 24 hours.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We're happy to exchange your jersey for another size, subject to availability. Reach out to us at support@jerseyfc.shop with your order number to get started.
Damaged or Defective Items
Received a damaged or defective jersey? We'll replace it free of charge — no questions asked. Just email us with a photo of the issue and your order number.
Final Sale Items
Please note that customized jerseys (with personalized name and/or number printing) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check your customization details before placing your order.
